Criss Cross, Inc. They are located at 209 West Pike Street Suite B in Clarksburg, WV. You can visit their offices between 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and from 1:00 P.M.to 3:30 P.M. Monday thru Friday. You will need to have the social security cards for the household, proof of income and a list of monthly expenses.
